On November 7th, The Planet Rock School of Music Performance rocked Ethyl's Diner inside of Andretti's Karting. All four of Planet Rock's teen bands performed a 45 minute set in preparation for their Brit Rock show on November 22nd at Centerstage in Atlanta. The night started out with D-Tour, Planet Rock's youngest band who started the night off with a great version of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick In The Wall." Next up was Zero Gravity who wowed the audience with a version of "Hysteria" by the UK's hot new band Muse. After Zero Gravity, Ground Wire tore up the stage with rocking British hits like "Suffragette City" by David Bowie. The night's final band was Beyond Ironic who played many of The Beatles greatest hits and also a great version of "Time Of The Season" by The Zombies which included a dual-keyboard solo by Drew and Stella. The night was a huge success with over 200 in attendance throughout the night. Pictures have been posted below as well as on the pictures page.
Planet Rock's next performance will be at Centerstage in Atlanta on November 22nd at 12:00pm. For more information, please visit the Centerstage website.
