The Planet Rock School of Music Performance was born out of a group of frustrated musicians' desire to create a place where aspiring musicians could connect, jam and creat great music. After all, who hasn't daydreamed about being a rock star! The problem is you need band mates and a place to rehearse.

Tired of seeing young musicians and bands relegated to garages, Planet Rock's mission is to cultivate the rock star in every student by offering a world where musicians can meet, get professional instruction in a group or individualized setting and learn the "ins" and "outs" of the music business.

Driven by the philosophy "Music Changes Everything", Planet Rock's aims to foster a life-long love for music among students and their parents by emphasizing a blend of practice AND performance. A young musician can only play scales so long before they get bored how to play. The missing piece of the music instruction puzzle to date has been performance.
